Partner Interface Usage Dashboard

This page should provide you with a clear idea about the usage and benefits of the partner interface usage dashboard.

What is the goal of this dashboard?

The dashboard should aim as the single source of truth for both, you and Seven Senders, to understand, how your warehouse workers or your fulfillment center is using the Partner Interface and whether there is room for improvement.

What benefits does the dashboard provide me?

With the dashboard you are able to monitor, whether all necessary pre- and post delivery data was shared with Seven Senders accurately and in time. If you work with an external fulfillment center to ship your goods the dashboard provides you with a higher negotiation leverage.

The right usage of the Partner Interface ensures that capacity as well as transports are planned correctly and your goods will be delivered as agreed on. This avoids unnecessary additional costs or frustrated consumers.

How is the dashboard structured and which KPI's are presented?

The Partner Interface Dashboard has 3 filters. You can rather filter on a specific last mile carrier, a specific country or a certain month for the Pickup.

By default the Planned Pickup month will be checking the last 6 months. However, you can adjust this timeframe as you wish.

On the dashboard itself you can have a look at the following 4 KPI's:

  • % Share Forecast On Time
  • Forecast Entry Delay Clustered
  • % Share Picked Up Entry On Time
  • Deviation PAL Forecasted vs Picked Up

What are the KPI's showing me?

The %Share Forecast On Time shows you the amount of consigments in a certain month along with the share of the forecasted consignments/estimated volume, which have been entered in the Partner Interface within the agreed timeline.

Within the Forecast Entry Delay Clustered you can see in percentage, how many of the consignments have been entered into the Partner Interface with how many hours delay. Furthermore it shows as well all missing (not-entered) estimated volumes.

The %Share Picked Up On Entry works similiar like the %Share Forecast On Time. It just refers to the share of consignments for which the data has been entered on time into the Partner Interface after the consignments have been picked up.

With the Deviation PAL Forecasted vs Picked Up you are able to check, for how many pallets you have underestimated the amount of the actually picked up pallets and for how many pallets you did an overestimation. Based on these miscalculations the deviation between forecasted and picked up pallets is calculated.
