With Seven Senders Portal, creating and managing custom email notification becomes easy. Send out email notifications to customers automatically under the occurrence of certain shipment and order events to keep customers informed about the status of their orders/shipments. 

Creating Customer Notifications

A customer notification needs to set up  in two steps: First, creating a Design Template and second defining a Sending Logic to establish when notifications will be sent. Templates can be designed by either using the HTML editor that enables to use HTML code to edit the layout/design of the notification or our in-house Visual Editor that provides an easy-to-use interface.
